SOURCE OF FUNDS INVESTIGATION UNIT
The Unit C of the Authority is one of the competent Special Control Bodies of POHEN ESCHES (Declarations of Asset Status and Declarations of Financial Interests) for which, according to the current framework of Law 5026/2023, the legislator reserves a key role, as, then and from the relevant decisions of the Control Committee of article 25 of the aforementioned law, it is entrusted with the control of most categories of liable persons and at the same time the coordination of most of the involved co-competent bodies.
